Peace of mind - wherever you go, you're covered! Participating Service Center will honor the manufacturer's written warranty on any replacement part(s) purchased from a Pronto/VIP Tech Center Supplier, whenever the consumer presents proof of original purchase. You MUST keep a copy of the original repair invoice for the warranty to be valid. The independent repair facility warrants the repairs and services performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12-months or 12,000 miles of use, whichever comes first.
Where to obtain Warranty Service
If you are less than 25 miles from the original repair facility, you MUST return to the original repair facility for re-repair. The original repair facility will cover the part(s) and labor at no charge to you. However, if you are more than 25 miles from the original repair facility, please call 1-800-4PRONTO to find the nearest Pronto/VIP Tech Center affiliated Service Center. You will be required to pay for the re-repair and submit for reimbursement. Reimbursement will be contingent upon receiving and verification of original receipt, re-repair receipt and odometer readings. Warranty claim reimbursement shall NOT exceed the cost of the original repair or service.
The Nationwide Parts & Labor Warranty line is answered Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time). After hours, an automated voicemail system will provide you instructions on how to handle your warranty. For all after hours EMERGENCY WARRANTIES - AN EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ON OUR AUTOMATED VOICEMAIL SYSTEM.
